FAQ
Questions, answered
Is it really just $59?
Yes. $59 covers building your website from your brief, setting it up, configuring hosting and connecting your domain and links. The only other costs are the accounts you own yourself (domain, email, any paid hosting plan, payment processor fees) and the optional $10/month support plan.
When does the 2–3 business day clock start?
Once we've received your payment and a complete brief — your concept, content and images. Missing information pauses the clock until we have it.
What if I don't have a design or images?
A rough sketch on paper, a few screenshots of sites you like, or even a written description is enough. We'll use quality, properly licensed stock images where you don't have your own.
Why do I buy my own domain, email and payment processor?
So everything is in your name and you're never locked in. Your domain, email and customer payments belong to you — not to your web designer.
Why do you need my logins?
To connect your domain to the site, point your contact and email links correctly, and connect your payment processor — then test that everything really works. We use the least access needed, and you can revoke it after launch.
What does the $10/month support include?
Small ongoing updates (text, photos, prices), regular checks that your site and links are working, and help if something breaks. Cancel any time. Bigger changes such as new pages or features are quoted separately.
Can I sell products or take bookings?
Yes. We can connect checkout or booking links from your own payment processor or booking tool (e.g. Stripe, Square, PayPal, Calendly). Large online stores with many products may need a custom quote.
