Terms of Service

1. The service

FastWebsiteCreator ("we", "us") designs, builds and sets up a website for you ("the client") based on the concept, content and images you provide, for a flat fee of $59 (the "Build Fee").

2. What the Build Fee includes

• A website built from your brief, delivered as a first draft within 2–3 business days.
• Website setup and hosting configuration.
• Connecting your domain, and connecting and testing your contact, email and payment links.
• One round of revisions on the first draft.

Additional pages, features or revision rounds beyond this scope may be quoted separately before any work begins.

3. Turnaround

The 2–3 business day turnaround begins once we have received both payment of the Build Fee and a complete brief (concept, content and images). Delays in providing information, content or access pause the turnaround.

4. Client responsibilities

• You purchase, own and pay for your domain name, business email, any paid hosting plan your site requires, and your payment processor account, including all associated fees.
• You provide the access we need to connect and test your site. We'll recommend adding us as a team member or delegate wherever possible instead of sharing passwords.
• You confirm you own or have permission to use all text, logos, images and other materials you send us.
• You're responsible for your site's content, products, pricing and legal compliance (including privacy policies and any industry rules).

5. Account access & security

We use the access you provide only to build, connect and test your website, and to perform support you request. We recommend changing passwords and removing our access after launch, unless you're on the support plan.

6. Support plan ($10/month)

The optional support plan covers small updates (text, photos, prices), periodic checks that your site and links are working, and help if something breaks. It is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. New pages or features are quoted separately.

7. Payments & refunds

The Build Fee is payable up front. If we haven't started work, you may cancel for a full refund. Once a first draft has been delivered, the Build Fee is non-refundable.

8. Ownership

Once the Build Fee is paid, the website we build for you is yours. Your domain, email, hosting and payment accounts are in your name and remain yours. We may show a screenshot of your site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

9. Third-party services

Your site depends on third-party providers (domain registrars, hosts, email and payment providers). We're not responsible for their outages, pricing changes or policies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
